Sallyrose is not responsible for any additional fees that your country may charge for importing goods, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any additional customs fees.
In the event of a customer refusing to accept customs charges and the order subsequently returning to us, the customer will be refunded minus a 20% restocking and handling fee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned jewelry must be in its original condition, including gift boxes, pouches, and must not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns any other way.
All custom nameplates are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
