Returned jewelry must be in its original condition, including gift boxes, pouches, and must not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns any other way. Final Sale items cannot be returned. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
